"Front desk closed early for some reason, but check in instructions were clear. Breakfast staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Most annoying issue was I had left an item in my room and called the front desk but got no answer so I left a message. "This hotel was not as advertised. We paid for a queen bed and got a double. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not (apparently the app to order breakfast was not working). The computer program for registration was also not working properly. We tried several times in advance to complete the booking online as requested but even after spending half an hour with someone on the phone we couldn’t do it.
