After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. "La chambre proposée n’était pas la chambre familiale que j’avais choisie, on nous a logé au RDC dans deux chambres contiguës toutes petites avec une terrible odeur d’égouts dans al sdb! Heureusement le personnel nous a changé de chambre après réclamation. Le dîner était agréable. "

"Short walk to Avoriaz express gondola up to Avoriaz. Flew to Geneva and transferred to here. Stayed 4 night and skied 3 days. Loved the place. Ate there 2 nights and the food was delicious and the company of the other guests was delightful. Thank you to all the staff. "

"This hotel was in a great area to walk around the shops and along Lake Geneva. The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings was personable, helpful and genuinely cared about my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean as was my room. I was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Evian and the surrounding areas. It’s close to a lot of great sites. "
