"Beautiful hotel directly on the beach. Clean and refreshing pool surrounded by a lovely garden and sitting area. The attached restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a fresh menu and plenty of people (and dog) watching along the beachfront promenade. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was updated, the king bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. We enjoyed our balcony view of the Mediterranean and were impressed by the sound quality of the french...

"The property overall was lovely. Our room was not that clean. It also needed work. The toilet seat was dirty with dried bodily fluids, the bathroom was damaged on the bottom. The public areas were wonderful. Shuttle service was very nice."

"After a 16 day Spain/Portugal tour we stayed 2 days at this hotel to relax and unwind. It was perfect. Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the beach. The bathroom and shower were awesome. We loved the pool and particularly the pina coladas. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything about this resort was high class. We had a very pleasant 30 walk along the beach to downtown Sitges and great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel."

Overall, a good stay and a great location for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Very little traffic to worry about once off the main road and easy walking distance to and from the station with connections to Barcelona and the airport."

"Sehr freundlich- und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war super. Kleiner Kühlschrank ebenfalls vorhanden gewesen. Allerdings sollte man sich sehr gut kennen und eher nicht mit Arbeitskollegen oder so ein Zimmer teilen. Es gibt kein extra abgetrenntes Badezimmer, keine Tür! Dusche und Toilette befinden sich quasi im Zimmer. Man hat also Zuschauer wenn man auf dem WC sitzt oder duscht. Von daher sollte hier schon eine enge zwischenmenschliche Beziehung...

"Loved Stiges! Would loved to have stayed longer. The hotel was perfectly situated. So many options for dinner and shopping. The beach was amazing."

"The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. When we asked for help booking taxis around Sitges and to the airport they did that for us and they were always on time. They have towels to use at the pool that can be replaced daily with clean ones. The bar is convenient with a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. The pool atmosphere is relaxed with a quiet place for a massage too. The breakfast was good, a selection of cooked food like eggs,bacon, crepes and also...

"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."
