"The pool was down for maintenance and there was a train that goes by in the middle of the night. The front desk offered ear plugs for the train. Way overpriced to not have a working pool. Would not recommend. "

"Stay was fine. My only real complaint is that the room was extremely dusty. A little gross. Otherwise it was fine."

"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this Hyatt. Be prepared to pay $14 to park in their lot though. There were spots right outside the door in their lot but we were told there was no overnight parking there even though we recognized some of the same vehicles wjen we checked out from thr night before parked there. That is my only complaint. "

"the place was amazing staff was good but there was a creep that was right across the hall from us police did up end coming and taking him out. he was leaving notes to us and at out door on one knee ?!??! and leaving notes about 9ape and safe words. and then his explanation was that the age of consent is 16… i’m 22 but i was very uncomfortable and had an anxiety and asthma attack that night."
