"Room was not swept or vacuumed. Drapes didn't close completely. Blanket was tucked so that it only reached about 15 inches from the top of the bed. Shower worked good. Easy parking. Friendly staff. "

"I stayed here because my late wife and I used to stay here back in 2003-2007. We loved staying here back then because of the heated pool and I would be in the pool with my daughters when they were just toddlers. My wife used to love food from Panda Express right over the fence. I stayed here and reminisced of the good times we had there. Man, I really miss my wife. I wish I could have one more day with her. I enjoyed my stay and even got something from Panda Express. "

"Room was good and seemed cleanly. The thing that was strange was we were standing by our truck and trailer which had 2 parking passes visible on the outside. A man approached us weirdly and started asking us questions about if it was our vehicle and room numbers. We gave it to him and said we literally just checked in about an hour ago and he said he was going to check to make sure everything looked fine otherwise he was going to make us leave. We waited and also went to the lobby to check a make sure everything was good and no one was there or came back to confirm everything was okay. Very weird. "

"The room was infested by roaches, and the stairwell was blocked by vending machines. I talked to the front desk, and he apologized, and cancelled my reservation. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, but the hotel lied to them and said I was offered a different room, so I haven't been refunded. I reported the property to the City of Albuquerque, for the fire hazard, and requested a chargeback from my credit card company for the room."

"The room was spotless and I wasn’t awakened by guests movements in the hall. There isn’t an elevator but a staff helped this old lady up the stairs with the luggage. But the bed was hard."
