"The rooms were clean but a little worn and dated. The pillows could use some help. They were a little too soft. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was abundant and constantly monitored and replenished. Not much in the neighborhood, a few chain restaurants. All in all not bad for an overnight stopover."

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

Very crowded but the parking deck is big so not too much of an issue. I stayed here with a friend of mine for a convention that was happening near the area. "The lobby was not air conditioned and neither were the halls or the elevator The TV did not work I had a bed side lite blinking, and I heard the maintenance person tell the front desk clerk "it must be an electrical issue". When I tried to call the front desk about my issues the phone did not work."

"Good accommodations. The room was very clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible. Breakfast couldn't keep up with the number of guests; they didn't restock, and when they did, it took a long time. Very nice room, great and spacious bathroom. Very clean."
