"I haven’t stayed at a classic motel in some time. I was happily surprised by my experience, overall! The staff was great, room was pleasant and clean. Also, the coffee wasn’t bad in the lobby. I’d recommend to anyone staying for a weekend."

"The Omni Homestead is amazingly beautiful! To steward this historic property and keep it in this condition is a feat in and of itself! It’s also nestled in a beautiful area, although I wish they would invest a bit in downtown Hot Springs. It would be great to have another restaurant option for busy nights. It was packed while we were there. Three weddings! I think that made the Saturday pool experience a little subpar (hard to find a chair and they stopped serving food for a while) and an attention to detail a little lacking at times (hair in the shower drain when we arrived, water stations not refilled, public bathrooms needing to be cleaned and restocked toward the end of the day and our room keys turned off even though we paid for a late checkout). All that to say it seemed like they were stretched thin on staff, but the actual staff could not have been nicer! These minor things did not overshadow the beauty of the resort or the great time we had - you just expect a lot when you pay almost $1000 a night!"

"Room and bathroom quite nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t I say breakfast is offered, as there were limited muffins and fruit. Bar and bartender made the trip as we were there midweek which limited our options for food, drink and downtown shopping. Beautiful area, we’ll be back."

"The facilities were clean, but obviously aged and in need of upgrades. Lots of scars and stains on the fixtures and finishes. The staff was polite and efficient. The area was quiet (and backs up to a Cracker Barrel), but near plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and the interstate. The free breakfast was absolutely not worth eating. There was a decent variety but the quality left a lot to be desired."

"The outside was very welcoming when you pull up, it feels like your coming home. They have hanging flower plants and the color of the outside of the hotel is beautiful! The front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were big and clean. They have plenty of options for breakfast in the morning and check out was a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!"
