"We stayed at the Riverside Motel for our son's lacrosse tournament nearby. The location was great, close to everything, but not in a congested area. It was less than 15 Minutes to the tournament and about the same to Niagara Falls. The room was clean and cozy, slept like a rock with the AC on, no disturbance. "Shower had no cold water. Person tried to fix, after got tolerable, went in and got back to steaming hot. Electric was lost on and off. Then at 10pm off no electric. Was so tired just went to sleep. Air conditioner had to be turned down to 59 in order to get it a little cooler so I could sleep. Watching TV next AM for news. Lost signal several times. Wish I could get my $100 dollars back. "I seriously don't like the room because it was expensive, but the bed was so noisy I couldn't sleep the whole night"

"Really slow and unprofessional service, our room was unclean and a mess, had to request to be moved to a new one. We requested to have an extra rollaway bed delivered, called twice still nothing came. No parking either, had to pay to park somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The owner/manager was excellent. She was very helpful. She brought extra coffee to our room. Came to the room for our checkout and to give our deposit back."

Pink mold all over shower curtain, pillows and blankets smelled like urine, body odor, and cigarettes, blankets stained with blood spots, towels stained, bathroom vent does not work, bugs, carpet a weird kind of wet and sticky all over, staff does not answer phone or respond to messages, no one at the desk in the mornings or late nights, the cleaning cart is left outside over night and even the cleaning products look dirty."

When I reserved the rooms, it was showing that it had breakfast included. When I got there, it only had coffee. Only had two towels per room when my reservation for the two rooms was for 7 ppl. "Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Cozy sofas. Watched World Cup in a big screen TV. Great bkfast with eggs, milk, bread, fruit, granola. Close to nice park for jogging 4 miles. Very nice housekeeper. Quiet after 10 pm. Great for resting."

"My first clue should have been the filthy corridor floors. The first room I was given had an old bedspread with stains on them (which had been washed but didn't come out). The floor had not been swept and the furniture had food stains on it. The bathroom sink was cracked and the toilet had been wiped at but not cleaned. The room smelled.
