We came by boat to Lexington for an event in town and spent one night at the Cadillac House. It’s about 2 blocks from the harbor and couldn’t have been easier to get to. Given the short nature of our trip, we didn’t have a chance to drink or dine at the hotel, although we gladly would have if we didn’t have plans elsewhere.
The property is beautifully restored with large guest rooms, crisp linens, and modern bathrooms with all the things you’d expect. The hotel was also impeccably clean and we didn’t hear or see another guest during our short stay. The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch to sit back and relax and take in the small town charm of Lexington.
