The staff was friendly, place was very clean, the only issue we had was that the air conditioning in our room either wasn’t working or wasn’t great so we were hot all night. Highly recommend overall

Very nice hotel in the center of downtown Lexington. Easy to walk everywhere. Only thing lacking is a pool and or hot tub

This was our second stay at the hotel, we came by boat once again and the hotel is a short walk from the harbor. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. A nice hotel in a quiet little town. Pure Michigan summer.

Had a great stay! The beds were comfortable and the room had a home feeling to it. Traffic noise can be a bit loud but they had a white noise machine you can request and this worked great at blocking the noise out. The lady who checked me in went above and beyond for me, I wish I could remember her name. In casual conversation with her while checking in I mentioned that we has arrived by boat and I had tried without luck to find a golf cart to rent. Well an hour later I received a call from this wonder employee telling me she found a golf cart rental for me at Scott Rod Garage and within an hour I had my golf cart! I can’t thank her enough for doing this for me. We will definitely be back!

Amazing
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Me and my mom did a girls trip to Lexington with our two dogs. This hotel location is perfect. Quick walk to the beach, And is so clean you wouldn’t even know it’s pet friendly. Rooms are very nice and have a homey feel. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! The rooms are so sound proof that even tho the hotel was fully booked it was completely quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at the Cadillac twice and both times the experience was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, very well put together and comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. The whole vibe of the Cadillac was inviting and welcoming! We will definitely be returning for another get away soon.

We liked the decor and cleanliness of room and grounds. The staff was courteous and helpful. It was walking distance to stores and restaurants. We did have couple of issues, which one was a large damp ring on rug in room that we did not notice until we came back to room after day in city. Also woke up to no hot water.

Rosemarie,Did you contact Expedia regarding your cancellation? We cannot cancel last minute cancellations through a third party site. They are the ones that can do last minute cancellations otherwise we could have canceled a last minute emergency with no fee if booked directly through us.

There was no one at the property when I tried to check in. Also, no one answered the after hours phone number and I called numerous times. I was finally able to use the mainline option4 for after hours to get ahold of someone. Amazing property but horrible check in experience.

The Cadillac Hotel is a Beautifully restored historic hotel. We couldn’t have been happier. The restaurant and tavern served us well. The Tavern has the original wood long bar. Gorgeous Lovely town and just a few blocks to the lake. We will return.

Even though my Mom is in Sanilac County I wanted to spoil her during her Lexington weekend event. We loved how they remodeled the historical landmark! Staff all friendly.

Charming and beautifully restored hotel
We came by boat to Lexington for an event in town and spent one night at the Cadillac House. It’s about 2 blocks from the harbor and couldn’t have been easier to get to. Given the short nature of our trip, we didn’t have a chance to drink or dine at the hotel, although we gladly would have if we didn’t have plans elsewhere. The property is beautifully restored with large guest rooms, crisp linens, and modern bathrooms with all the things you’d expect. The hotel was also impeccably clean and we didn’t hear or see another guest during our short stay. The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch to sit back and relax and take in the small town charm of Lexington.

Enjoyed our stay. Like historical hotels when traveling in a new area. Only complaint was a piece of machinery on the roof was very noisy over our third floor room. We told the next morning that they thought it had been fixed. It hadn't!
