"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. "I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. "Our room was great! The staff was very friendly at the front desk and valet. We did have an issue with the shower, the knob that adjusts the water temperature did fall off mid shower. We did report this at checkout and the staff stated it would be fixed. Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. "Perfect location for concert at CFG. The hotel is beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. There’s a restaurant with good cocktails and food on the hotel property. Free coffee and wine in the lobby. Easy valet parking but can take a while if checking in at prime time (ie hours before a big concert at CFG). "We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!"
