"AC wouldn’t keep room cool. Front desk staff wasn’t always available or terribly helpful. Room fridge didn’t keep things cool & no microwave in room. Bathroom fixtures were in moderately poor repair. Great location & the room service food available was outstanding, however."

"Photos of the hotel didn’t show much of what to actually expect. The areas shown in pictures are pretty nice but other areas not so much. Our shower was missing a curtain when we got in. There were multiple cracks in the shower and on the bathroom floor as well as dark spots of mold and discoloration. ..."
