"At check in staff was rushed and acted like it was a burden to do his job! Then once in the room the Wi-Fi didn't work but if you walked 5 rooms down it would.. staff acted like it was too much trouble to move our room and the hotel wasn't even full! "The non-smoker rooms smelled of smoke even when we talk with the staff and where changed to another room. In the morning another person, which looked like he was intoxicated, was harassing my dad asking about a phone that they didn’t even see at any point, he even threw his room card to my dad’s car, which made them really uncomfortable and had to leave the hotel early in the morning to avoid any situation."
