"Location near the centre of Skipton is brilliant, the breakfast was excellent and the room was great. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu looked really nice, we already had our evening meal organised. The bar area very welcoming as can be seen in the hotel images from their website. We would definitely stay again."

"It is impossible to overstate the standard of the Wensleydale Heifer. The awards affirm the restaurant quality and the standard of accommodation. What they do not evidence is the attention to detail that every member of staff personifies. This is the first opportunity we have had to stay at the Heifer, although we have eaten here before. The hotel was everything we hoped for and will become our "go to" place in the Dales. Thank you for a memorable stay!"

"The Skipton needs updating. The shower curtain rail was held together with duct tape and falling off the wall. The bath traps would not turn off without serious effort. "

Breakfast distinctly average Hotel public rooms have been refurbished, room nice but bathroom still needed a little attention. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
