"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"This is a great place to stay for a long visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. A perfect location for local shopping, food and a beautiful walk at the lake. "

"It was really good stay...especially I remember a kind satff who helped me to get a taxi when I checked out. My flying time was early morning so I need to get a taxi get to the airport. I don't speak chinese at all so she asked taxi driver about fares and how to get a receipt for me. More than 30mins, She was with me in cold weather and helped me. I really appreciate that. The staff name may be "Mister" as I remember. Anyhow I will stay again when I get to Suzhou and highly recommend this hotel."
