They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. They even carried our heavy luggage across the sand to the hotel for us (we felt so bad…) but they were happy to assist even when we wanted to help. "First time guest we loved the stay but had two very minor improvements. Being a scuba diver it was awesome location but the first improvement is I the entrance is going thru a restaurant. It was weird to come back from scuba diving night and day and having to walk thru people eating their food. As a diver we are wet and carrying gear which is also wet. Maybe find a better way for us to enter so we don't disturb the dinners. The second issue is the pool is beautiful but no place to lounge...
