"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"Nicely furnished large room Mine faced the waterfront although all I could see was a chain link fence as the boardwalk was apparently closed for repairs My stay was significantly affected Negatively due the hotels failure to provide any housekeeping services. Apparently one is required to specifically request it in check in which is something I have never experienced in all my travels In addition it was impossible to get a plain cup of coffee out of the common coffee dispenser in the lobby. "The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the overall setup met my needs. However, the outside noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, which made it harder to get good rest. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind."
