Une arrivée décevante je réserve une chambre pour deux on me propose une pièce avec deux petites cloisons avec lits individuels On nous reloge je demande pour accéder à la piscine on me dit oui mais il y a un supplément de 10€/heures par personne je dit oui ok ( même si se n’est pas précisé à la réservation et par la suite on me dit la piscine n’est pas accessible mon mari a mis les traitements on a eu du monde se week-end ( nous étions mardi soir !!!)

Pas vraiment exceptionnel, plutôt médiocre.

J'arrive à 18h nuit et neige. Tout est fermé, pas d'enseigne lumineuse, pas de publicité,juste un numéro de boite à lettres. La responsable n'est pas là. Demande de réservation de petit déjeuner: néant. Le chauffage est coupé le matin alors qu'il fait -3°c dehors.

Bien pensé et très agréable.

De passage dans la région pour le travail, j'ai vraiment passé une excellente soirée et une bonne nuit. Tout est pensé pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. On sent vraiment qu'il y a eu une vraie réflexion dans la préparation de la chambre. Nul doute que je reviendrai ! Un seul petit conseil : il serait intéressant de placer un avis à l'entrée pour que l'on sache où se diriger (ou comment procéder) lorsqu'on arrive.

Prima hotel. Nette kamer. Douche viel tegen. Beloofd veel maar werkte matig. Massage stralen werkte niet. Personeel spreekt alleen Frans. Anno 2019 zou je verwachten dat men daar toch eens engels leert. Verder een aanrader en prima uitvals basis voor oa Arlon, Bastogne en Bouillon

Big room with kitchenette, we went to the supermarket and stayed in for the night. It’s kind of right next to the highway which is great when you’re on the road - for staying longer the location is uninteresting.

Super confortable et spacieux

Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il s'agissait d'un appart-hotel (croyant qu'il s'agissait d'un hotel). J'ai rarement dormi dans un lit aussi agréable de ma vie et je fais des hotels chaque soir. Je ne regrettes pas mon séjour et je repasserai. Evidemment, la seule chose est que le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi. Il faudra trouver une boulangerie.
