"Property was nice, clean, and well kept. Parking was available (separate fee) and within walking distance of Main Street. CJ at the front desk was professional, courteous, and respectful. He had his hands full, but handled it gracefully and answered my questions with kindness. The room was clean, quiet, and air conditioned. It was laid out in an odd manner, though, and did not look like any of the pictured rooms. The suite area was on the left, bed on the right. Right in the middle, opposite...

"The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"Very friendly staff and clean room. Great location and easy access to shops. We faced the pool and it was not a bother as the resort closes the pool at a reasonable hour."

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "

"The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

"We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap."

"This unit faces the intersection of Main and South Park Ave. Given the warmth we needed to have all the windows open. It was extremely noisy (people, vehicles, sirens, etc) until the very early morning hours making it hard to stay asleep. Other than not having a hair dryer as advertised, the location, amenities and condition of the unit and property were good. Wouldn’t stay here again due to noise"
