"They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?"

"Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. "
