From the most fun, smiling and friendly staff, to the most peaceful, quite, secured, clean property. My family enjoyed our stay for two days; wish we can stay for more. "The problem that dragged this review from a 4.5 down to a 2 is the manner in which corporate management has truncated normal electrical and electronic usage and enjoyment. My devices would not charge properly. The internet could not be powered properly. TV usage was narrowly controlled. Until I learn that these restrictive policies have been altered, I will never again use this chain. This is such a shame. The property is clean and well maintained. "We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...
