"Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana."

"Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is...

"No hay servicio de aparcacoches como pone en el anuncio en el app , el room service de desayunos solo hasta las 10:30 no a las 11:30 como pone en la carta de la habitación . La comida del hincha muy regular "

"O apartamento de uma meniera geral é otimo. O hotel conta com um restaurante bem gostoso, tanto em termos de atmosfera quanto de nivel de comida. O café da manhã eu achei fraco pelo valor (20 euros). Não passamos frio, porem a noite o sistema de refrigeração não fuincionou bem e abrimos a janela do quarto, o que permitiu refrescar, porem contamos com o barulho (não muito) da estrada na frente do hotel. Peguei pelo menos 2 atendentes que não falavam bem o ingles, o que não me parece...
