"The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! "

Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place."

"Pool lovely - not the one advertised on booking photos. Lovely chalet room - again not what I was expecting when booking. Check in wasn't clear as was in a completely different building. Good location and great room but not what I was expecting when booking. "

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"Positives: Location next to a forest which is perfect for dog walks. I received a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Negatives: The spa area did not feel very hygienic. If you only plan to use the sauna it might be fine but I wouldn’t recommend the rest. The hotel is a bit further from the center and ski lifts. It’s not far but you definitely notice it when carrying heavy luggage or skis. Breakfast had quite limited options, with no warm food available (unless you boil eggs...

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market. Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions. We would happily stay here again!"
