"The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. Great pool, hot tub, steam room. Only on issue was the coffee shop was closed one day and the next time I went the register was down. Both were not a deal breaker. My family and I will be back to use this hotel again."

"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. Housekeeping didn’t come by all weekend. Definitely would not go back. It was clean, the bed was great. Not the worst experience but way too...

"There were some ants in the room. The bed was well passed needing to be replaced. There was some long strands of hair on the bedspread. The sink would not drain as the stopper was broken. Maintenance came by quickly and said the owner wants all stoppers removed. The fix was to remove the stopper. If a ring slips off your finger then you are out of luck. The flooring in the bathroom had cracks and missing chunks. There were mirrors everywhere - if you like that then I suppose its okay. The...

"Our room had a very pungent odor which made our eyes water. The bed wasn’t comfortable and we thought we had a lake view & ended up with a parking lot one. The carpet was old and bunched up in a few places. We stayed out of the room as much as possible."

"Shockingly dirty and in poor condition — especially for the price. Shower completely clogged, old food in fridge, old cigarettes in night stand, floors dirty, sink broken, “queen” bed was a full (4.5 ft), no AC — just one old box fan."

"You can’t get a better location than this! Near the trailheads, and after three days hiking I could sit on the property’s river bank and relax in the shade with the peaceful sound of the river. Clean, updated rooms and super comfy beds made this stay just what I needed! Keep in mind it’s set up more like a motel so the windows overlook the parking lot and not the river, but their outdoor area (picnic tables, fire pits, shaded river bank) easily make up for it!"

"My wife and I regularly book rooms. And for the price, room was okay. However, with just a little TLC the room could have been much nicer. First off, carpet retains germs. It also seems that at some time room 44 had two beds. However, the bed in the room now was jammed so close to the heating/air unit, that even a small person would have difficulty getting in and out of the bed the way it was positioned.
