"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "Absolutely love this place. The staff was amazing. We will definitely be going back. The sunset from the docks were beautiful. We arrived early for our stay. Had a great time using the kayaks and relaxing on the docks while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Highly recommend"

"The staff is extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate my wife's needs as she just had hip replacement surgery and had some limitations. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are new and clean. We have stayed here several times when coming to the keys and highly recommend this place. Will stay here again for sure on our next trip to the keys."

"Have stayed here many times,enjoyed every room,all clean,well equipped, very comfy memory foam beds, staff in office are kind & accommodating. Close to museums, stores,etc. Great to snorkle out to the coral heads, love Breezy Palms! Always a favorite of mine in the Keys!"
