"Room was clean - excellent shower. "

"Quick stay for concert. Staff informed us that the Room was missing towels when we arrived at 5pm. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tv channels barely came in or worked well. Did not use rest of amenities "

"The room came with a lot of things we needed for our stay. It was nice to have plates and silverware available to reheat leftovers. There was a single wash worth of dish washer detergent. There was also dish soap by the sink but no sponge to clean dishes with so we had to run one load of dishes at the end with only 4 dishes in it. We were also there for 4 days and never saw any evidence of a maid visiting while we were out. We had to use the same towels for all 4 days or call the front desk for more. The floors were also had some spots when we first checked in, like it needed mopped. There were also issues with the water pipes banging in the walls at 5 am when our neighbor was showering, which woke us up. There was also air in the water line so when we used the sink or flushed the water would sputter a little bit. I was disappointed in my stay here."

"The first room we got put into had a ringing coming from the air conditioner unit so they switched us rooms The next room they put us in, smelled like somebody used the room as a “number 1” bathroom and had a cigarette while doing it. "

"Rooms for large space was great. very nice and clean. Breakfast same as most hotels. The AC works great. "

"Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield are connected. Fairfield was under construction. No mention of that when booking. We booked under Fairfield but stayed in Spring Hill Suites. Staff were great. Great breakfast. Clean. Well lit parking. "
