"I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. "

"Our hosts were very accommodating. We were happy to have towels and a basket available to take advantage of the lovely beach and sea. Each morning we were presented with the most delicious breakfast. The proximity to the train was easy to manage. The shopping and restaurants were right outside our door. We hope to return again!"

"Our stay was perfect! Veronica was the ultimate host. Her and her son picked us up from the train station at La Spezia Centrale and gave us all kinds of helpful information about the area. They also had info and maps available in the room which was helpful to plan our visits to all 5 Cinque Terre towns. Room was great with the hot tub and sauna. View from the balcony was awesome. Would highly recommend staying here!"
