"Our room was not suitable for two adults. Only one bedside table and only one seat. The placement of the plugs in the room was ludicrous, on the headboard of the bed! Window handles were too high so could not open or lock the windows! Room was very outdated and had very thin walls! Dinner was very disappointing, i was really looking forward to it but you had one choice for a starter, 3 choices for a main and a few choices for dessert, without any accompaniments like cream or ice cream. "Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."

"I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I had an amazing night’s sleep! The staff were very helpful, if I had any queries, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the lock didn’t work on my room door. I flagged it at the desk, when I left after my one night stay, and they said they’d get onto it."

"Location was absolutely perfect. Even it’s almost on the grounds of airport, you can’t hear anything while inside of the room. Staff were very helpful. And it helped that breakfast was on the side. Literally 9-10 min to airport terminal. Would stay there again."

"Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly. Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute."
