"Staff over billed me and I am still trying to get the charges removed.
It took 40 minutes to check in and they gave us the wrong room. So we had to move.
We could not hear the TV when the AC was on. The road noise kept us awake."

"Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. "

"Was greeted at check in by Dexter. Very professional! Check in was quick and with an upgrade. All rooms are very nice, quiet, roomy, and clean. Convenient to everything. We stay here when in the area. "
