"Heater resets itself back to 17c so had to keep bumping it back up. A couple minor bug bites in the morning. Paid $130 for one night but a fairer price for what you get should be half that price at most."

"Had such a lovely stay - was upgraded to a beautiful suite . I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay . All the staff were so friendly and helpful . The champagne bar is lovely and the location is very central . It will 100% be our only go to whilst in Glasgow . It has only just reopened due to the devastating fire along the street -...

"Location is ideal for city centre or SEC visits. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a clogged sink when we arrived that required major work to fix and they were prompt about fixing it for us. Plenty of meeting spaces on the main floor too."

"Room was nice and clean. Property seemed well maintained. Gym was a bit small could’ve used a few mats but worked just fine. Only negative was the laundry facilities………only one washer and dryer for all guests, and seems the hotel was using it too, so even more limited. (They were washing the pet cloths). Even with that we’d stay there again! Great staff and space!"

"Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were supposed to be charged 15 pounds for parking for one night and they said to not worry about it and didn’t charge us. Love Scotland so far!"
