"I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. "Love this hotel. Clean room and the view in the balcony overlooking the ocean is worth waking up early. The staff are the friendliest and so helpful. The restaurant have the best breakfast and the servers and services are top of the line 👌."

The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available."

"Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside..."

"It was a good place to stay. The only downside was the lack of internet and no electricity from 7 am to 6pm. It’s surely secluded and calming. The staff was ok but if"
