"We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."

"Excellent staff, We were late to check in and had an early flight. We could use the shuttle to come to or leave from the hotel for Malpensa airport for free. However you can pre-arrange 25 Euro arrangement if you book before you come. Hotel was clean and in a good area. We did not stay for breakfast"

"I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"

"Room was great and the hotel in general was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, they had little bit of everything. We loved it. Only two things I think would make it even better are the bathroom door gives you no privacy at all specially if you’re traveling with kids and second the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. Besides that place is pretty good."

First, even though it’s only about 15 minutes from the metro, you need to walk through a neighborhood that I did not feel very comfortable walking at night. When we arrived, I told the receptionist I wanted a very quiet room. Next thing I know, they put me next to a room with two men and a huge dog who started...

"I highly recommend as a hotel when flying in and out of Malpensa Airport. Otherwise, the surrounding area has nothing to offer. The airport shuttle is not free, at €5 per person at peak hours and €25 per trip in off-peak."

"La chambre familiale est de bonne dimension ! Parfaite pour une famille de 4. Nous avons bien apprécié le gym et la piscine. Tout est bien entretenu. Nos enfants ont eu des cadeaux de bienvenus. Ils étaient charmés ! Un gros merci pour toutes les attentions lors du séjour."

"The first time I stayed the room was wonderful! The second time (1week later)there was no place to put your suitcase with the dirty wheels besides the bed. There were no nice terry cloth robes, no info about restaurant . The staff was polite and very helpful."

"Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, hat man auch aus den anderen Zimmern gehört."
