"We paid for ocean view but they put us on floor 2. You definitely don’t have a view from there though. Be sure to ask for floor 4 or 5. Out toilet broke on the night and they did try to fix it. Was not repaired till next morning. That was good but they might have offered us a different room since the toilet did not work all night long. Not terrible but I think they should have offered. The hotel was not that busy. Besides the toilet problem it was a very nice stay. "

"Fantastic all around experience. Beautiful apartment with elegant decor. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (even has a juicer), beautiful view of the ocean & surrounding area, tv in every room. The owner was so kind, bringing us Greek baked goods almost every day, as well as recommending restaurants and making reservations. We also were given some amenities like wine, Greek liquor, juice and bread. I wish we stayed longer, this place is amazing and we loved spending time here. "

"Lovely boutique hotel, situated within walking distance of some super beaches. The staff are friendly and the rooms cleaned during breakfast most days. The breakfasts are amazing, provided directly to your table with a super range of hot choices. we had some lovely lunches, whilst enjoying the soothing and relaxing ( heated) pool with waterfall! The traditional harbour at Chania is a short taxi ride away, providing some characterful restaurants and excellent shops.We also ate at an excellent taverna, 200 yards from the hotel. We loved staying at Mossa and would highly recommend it. "

"The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "
