"Incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Room offered everything promised; clean and modern. The free tea and coffee and office facilities on the 27th floor are a nice touch with a great view. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"Great central location by Bryant Park and out of the riff raff of Times Sq. Many nice cafes and bakeries close by. We dined at the adjacent La Padrona Blanca restaurant and had a great dinner before an evening Broadway show. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace with ample seating and happy hour drinks. Would recommend and stay again."
