"The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! "

"A little outdated, the hot tub in the room totally needs replaced. There were some people down at the other end of the building that made me uncomfortable. There were no blinds on the windows, so no way to get or move around in the room without feeling like someone was going to peek in at you."

"The main problem was there was no hot water. When we called for assistance they fixed the problem, but only one person could shower then the water was ice cold again. This is such a basic need the customer should not have to beg for hot water. Considering we paid in my option too much for a basic room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The bathroom in our room was not very clean - broken towel rack, no conditioner, mold on the floor. The hotel stairs were not vacuumed the whole weekend. The breakfast was not fresh or restocked when things were gone. Not allowed to take any food to your room or they would charge you $250 to clean. The staff was never very available - the housekeepers had little kids with them and the front desk people were in the back on phones or outside smoking. The vending machine contained expired cans...

"Was given a room that appeared to be occupied, was informed that the housekeepers filled out paperwork that the room was cleaned. I was however given another room but, with the constant noises of renovation and the initial experience….i was very uneasy and didn’t enjoy my 4 day stay within this establishment. I had traveled 13 hours from Texas to attend my daughter’s college graduation, reserved my suite a week in advance so therefore, I wasn’t at all pleased with this experience. In fairness,...
