No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book ."

"The room we had smelled bad and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last resident, the bin was full and a used towel was hanging on the back of the door. I thought maybe I could use the fridge in the communal area but it was already full of goods 4 MONTHS EXPIRED!!"
