"Staff made you feel very welcome and our dog too. The dog gift in the room. Her bed and bowls. The beautiful inn and shops. Breakfast was soo good and a sausage for our little dog. The evening meal was good value for money. Nice food menu. Not over fancy Well done we will be back "

"The room was clean and decorated beautifully, the bedding and pillows were so cosy and soft and much needed on a cold evening! Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Had dinner which was worth every penny and a generous portion, and the same for breakfast. It’s a steep walk up to Port Isaac but not as bad as it looks, if you turn right at the car park at the top of the hill you can walk along a path with great views that leads to a nice ice cream shop. "My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival."

The in-house spooky tour in the basement was ok , but make what you want of it, probably not the best value for money but still fun/ interesting. "
