"Great hotel in Buffalo. A unique experience, not your usual box hotel at all. Staff were great. The owner, Russell Salvatore is always on site and very friendly . He’s a local celebrity and philanthropist. His restaurant, Russell’s Steak and Chophouse is also excellent. Nice breakfast every morning! Rooms are quite large and comfortable. A great place to stay. Easy access to Niagara Falls also. Rent a car so you can see the sights in both New York and Canada."

"Front desk guy was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is available in the morning for a very long time period compared to other hotels. Everything in the room worked properly, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Distance from the airport was great, considering we had a 7am flight."

"Easy to get off the highway. It's a nice building. Parking was plentiful. Lobby is modern but welcoming. The staff were great; professional and friendly. Room was spacious; it was a wheelchair accessiblle room. The bathroom needs a redesign. There are no towel racks next to the very tiny narrow shower yet there is plenty of room for them on the walls on both sides. The walls were kinda thin. "Everything was fine. I am glad I pack my own coffee maker when I travel. You get in the elevator or in your room after a long travel day and realize there is no coffee maker for your morning coffee. And you have to request one. Most people DO NOT want to get dressed to get coffee. I understand protecting environment. There are coffee pods that have little to no plastic. Bring back the in room coffee makers please. I know it is a Corporate thing. But everything else was great as always."

"Property is maintained nicely. It was a comfortable feeling pulling up to this site. First impression was everything. Room and bathroom size were reasonable. Can’t complain about anything except that the shower floor could use some attention. However, I would definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact the convenience to the airport is probably to best amenity it offers. The airport is literally across the street and I never once heard a plane take off or come in. "Everything was great except the breakfast. Second day we were there the sausage was obviously recooked. Not just warmed up but burned. French toast sticks were freezer burnt to the point where you bit into them it was like biting into a stick."

The only area that could use improvement is the housekeeping, as the cleanliness and attention to detail could have been better. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."
