"The staff went above and beyond to get us checked in. We booked through Hotels .com, tried to check in only to find out that the room was not paid for yet. After the staff at the Holiday Inn spent more than 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels .com I was finally able to check in. The other room that I booked through Holiday Inn went right on through. This was the sound time that I have had a problem with checking in with Hotels.com. "

"I did not appreciate that the shower was not working properly. Half of the water came out of the faucet at the bottom and half came out at the showerhead the last time I was there prior to this last visit there was no hot water. I’m not sure if I will stay there the next time."

"Comfy and clean beds. Decent tv and nice bathroom. Water pressure and AC worked well! Only thing that could have went better was parking lot was full after we got back to our room at 10pm. Had to park on side of hotel. "

The location is perfect—close to everything you need, making it very convenient to get around. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable. "I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad."
