"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks."

"Reese found my wallet at the counter. I left it there during check in. She is.an honest.and beautiful person. My whole vacation $ was.in that wallet, alot of it in cash. She gave it to Jesseca.and they looked.at who had checked in and gave.me a.call in my room. What wonderful people they both are! I had my credit card number stolen a couple of years ago by the front desk manager at the hotel I stayed at. It is refreshing to know that good, honest people still exist in this world!!!"

"Room was pretty nice! I really loved that it had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable but a little soft and squeaky, bathroom was nice and clean. When we first arrived they already had the room cooled so overall my experience was pleasant. Staff was great they were nice and responded to my requests for towels etc., would stay here again!"

"We needed a room super last minute and Pensacola Hotel had exactly what we needed. The counter clerk Destiny's was super polite, professional, and extremely helpful. We are very grateful for the accommodation. The room was perfect for what we needed at a great price."

"Great staff. There were 3 of us in the room. There was one bar of hand soap. 1 set of towels. There was not a complete set of bedding for the hide a bed."

"Room was very nice and clean. We had a balcony that faced the pool and beach. Food was offered in the restaurant, but we always ate out because there are excellent places to eat just across the street within walking distance. Hotel provides towels for pool and beach if needed. Umbrellas and chairs are on the beach that can be rented by the day or hour. We drove so we brought our own. The white quartz sand beach is amazing and you will burn easily. Have plenty of sunscreen. Outdoor pool was OK....

"The room was not well cleaned. Hair on the bathroom sink and the counter tops in the room were not thoroughly cleaned."
