"Clean room, but, standard breakfast is $25. When you wake up in the morning, there’s zero complementary coffee, except for that weird filter packet thing you get in your room. Nothing down in the lobby for you to have or use, if you want to get a cup of coffee in the lobby, you must pay four dollars for a Starbucks standard cup of coffee or you need to go to the $25 breakfast. Seems weird considering that it’s such a nice brand and hotel, I’m not sure why they’re skipping on just offering coffee complementary to their customers. Otherwise feeling a little bit cheap on that end, everything is great."

"Breakfast was great though super crowded and hard to find seating. Rooms are tiny (as expected in NYC). Housekeeping was minimal. Rooms were supposed to be freshened every second day, but we only had them come in once. Elevators were a mad house. It took a long time to get into an elevator. "

"This is my go to spot when I need to stay for a night or two in New York City for work events. They usually have very good pricing. The bed is clean. The shower and bathroom is clean. It’s not in the best condition but I feel comfortable there it’s also positioned in a great location on 63rd and Broadway right across from Lincoln Center. If you’re visiting and have a budget this is a good choice."
