The hotel was terrible. Always dirty. The hallways were filthy. There were dead bugs on the side of my bed and the toilet was clean. I grew up in Fairfield and used to stay here when it was LaQuinta and it was much better.

Hotel requires renovation. Exterior doors had wires hanging out where card readers belong and the common area carpets were dirty and patched. Had to search for a functional ice machine. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Ok for a one night stay if you don't mind the faults.

It's the worse I stayed in years. The AC unit was so loud, like waves crashing on seashore all night long, even when we turned down the temp. The bathtub was dirty, like it has not been cleaned. The window face parked cars so if we open the curtain everyone can see in. We booked 8 nights and was given a room without a dresser to store clothes. A light was broken. Closet door stuck. When asked to change our room, the front desk staff told us that all rooms are without dressers. But the next night she told us we can change to another room. We changed to a room with a dresser and a cleaner bathroom. However, a dresser's top drawer face was loose and clothes would fall out if we're not careful. We told the front desk and it was never fixed. The dresser also has big dents on top. 4 nights out of 8 the door card would not work and we have to go back to front desk to have the door card reactivated. I stayed in this hotel several years ago when it was Laquinta brand. I had a good experience and that's why I choose to stay in it again even though the rating is low. I have to go back to NJ every month to take care of a sick relative. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The pool is big and nice but doesn't seem clean. The room seemed very nice upon first glance but the more time we spent in it we realized how poorly it had been cleaned. The tub was filthy. There were hairs all over the shower and bathroom. The knob to switch the water from the tub faucet to the shower was stuck in the up position so we could only use the shower portion. It took 10 minutes to get any kind of warm water to come out. The AC hardly worked. You couldn't feel it unless you stood directly by the unit. The facilities outside the room were not kept up at all. Torn up and stained carpets, cracking paint, lingering smells. One part of our room smelled like human feces at random times throughout our stay as if we could smell another room using the bathroom. Check in was easy, our room was quiet, and all amenities were as listed. A little cleanliness and upkeep goes a long way.

The place was dingy. We had no hot water in one room, and in the other room, the shower didn't work. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good, pool had a health code sign that said unsatisfactory. The staff heard us and made adjustments but new problems were created. We did have clean sheets and bedding and it was quiet.

This hotel really needs improvements. smelled like smoke and mildew. the side door entrance was broken so anyone can walk in with using key as their way to unlock the door and enter. Very unsafe! I did not feel safe in this hotel with my children. was not a very good nights rest.

The room was so dirty. Like I would say you get what you pay for but even some motels are better than this. There was like oil drips on the wall, pee on the toilet, hairs in the bed sheets, fresh jam on the floor, etc. And the cherry on top was there was no hot water, we got warm water when we ran the shower for about 10 minutes.
