Just a few hundred feet from the train station and the mall.. walkable to many tourist areas like the aquarium. Easy ticket, taxis, or bus or Metro… the apartment is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen/dishwasher/washer… electric blinds.. stand up balcony in living room/kitchen and bedroom has a window too. The building has an elevator and someone at the front desk for many hours throughout the day..

Great location

The apartment is very well located, close to a shopping mall, public transportation, and many restaurant options. Communication with the property management was smooth and friendly from the beginning. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. A larger TV would be a nice addition, and a few basic bathroom items — such as a toilet paper holder and a soap dish in the shower — would make the apartment even more appealing. Overall, it was a good choice!

As soon as we walked in, we loved it. It is stylish, and large - a really large lounge, with wonderful views over the river to the bridge. It also has a lovely conservatory! This is a real sun trap, facing the river. The terrace is mostly to the back, facing the city, for sunsets. The main room is large, comfortable king bed, lots of storage space. The second room is two single beds. Both rooms have superb black out blinds for total darkness. The kitchen is a great size, superb coffee machine (coffee is a token amount to buy), all you need, nice bar to eat from too. The whole place is stylishly decorated, with warm heating for the winter. Our premium apartmentfelt like a penthouse. The area is really practical to live in - in fact better than downtown for a family, as the mall is huge, open late, with great food options. There are also some superb food trucks at the station. The transport links are superb - train, metro, bus. The local area is really chilled, with the aquarium and science museum - both brilliant for families. The host is really helpful too. This was a perfect stay for a family who likes to go out to the city, but also have a local neighbourhood that is modern, safe, and full of family eating options. This apartment is not for you if you want to spend most of the holiday on a comfy sofa watching TV. It is also next to a major train station so if you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs - like I did. Wonderful apartment, you feel very special here.

Apartamento enorme, limpo, equipado e com a melhor localização possível. São 3 quartos sendo uma suíte com banheira. Os outros dois quartos são atendidos por um banheiro em comum. E o apartamento também possui um lavado. Tem máquina de lavar roupas, lava louças, freezer, geladeira, microondas, forno elétrico e cafeteira. Todos os cômodos possuem ar condicionado independente. Acomoda 6 pessoas confortavelmente.

Fantastische verblijf voor grote groepen

Wij zijn voor een langweekend naar Lissabon gegaan en zijn toen in appartement 25 verbleven. Wat echt super prachtig was fijne kamers, schoon en netjes. Maakte onze verwachtingen helemaal waar. Dichtbij het winkelcentrum trein metro en van alles te doen in de buurt. Heerlijk gegeten in de buurt. Contact met de eigenaar was ook superfijn al voordat we in portugal waren en daar ook. Wil je een beetje luxe en toch goed bereikbaar zitten dan raad ik iedereen aan om te boeken en hierheen te gaan. Mochten wij nog een keer gaan dan zullen wij zeker terug keren naar orient 25

Non ci sono i ristoranti dove poi godere una cena buona e questo e grave anche per fare una semplice colazione diventava stato dafari...perche bar carino non esiste. In bagno noncisono i ganci per atacare asciugamani ...percio devi portare con te in camera da letto. Pulizia abastanza bene. E altra cosa vedendo il prezzo si puo mettere per la colazione almeno due biscotti invece cerano solo capsule di cafe e il te....

Good for families and for business travellers

Very nice appartment, very large with plenty of space. nice lounge/dining area and the kitchen was very large. a family could easily stay here. I was 1 person on a businessa trip and what I really liked was they had coffee available for me in the appartment, very nice touch. Check in really smotth, called and someone was there inside of 10 minutes.
