The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They provided us with great restaurant recommendations. We missed breakfast one morning and they offered us coffee as a sweet gesture. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful over night stay before departing Lisbon. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely accommodations and a great breakfast in the mornings.

Great hotel at a great location. The room was great, service was impeccable - especially, Ritu and Luis go out of their way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a good parking (Telpark-Valbom) nearby and even Museo Gulbenkien is walking distance. However, if I could just suggest one small thing - it is about the breakfast. We expected a better breakfast with some more choices in a hotel of this standard. Am sure, the management is looking into it. But other than that - great place and you won't be disappointed.

The property was simply stunning. We stayed in a room in the courtyard - the room was very spacious, and while located near a construction site, the soundproofing was good and we weren’t interrupted during the night and early morning. The room smelled a bit damp and musky when we first entered, but opening the window helped. Staff members were tremendously helpful. They offered early breakfast delivery before their standard breakfast time when we had to check out early.

We had an amazing stay at during our holiday. The staff was wonderful and very helpful; giving us many suggestions on things to do in the city and accommodating us to be make our stay very memorable and super positive. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

The staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us after hours and explain to us the subway system, get us breakfast when we missed it. The breakfast was buffet style and was very healthy with a variety of fruits, breads, eggs, and meat. The property itself is beautiful. The photos on their website don’t do it justice. The property one and architectural award when it was first built and is full of wonderful antiques and artwork. It is after all a small palace. Our room had original frescoes in it.

Un super séjour en amoureux dans ce palace. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et aux petits soins. Tout est si beau et très propre. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchi et le petit déjeuné était parfait. La literie est confortable et malgré que l’hôtel soit situé sur une grande rue passante nous n’entendions absolument rien. Hâte de revenir !

I loved it. My room was immense, with a balcony and huge windows, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and I'm definitely planning to stay there again. Truly a delight!

Very nice, clean hotel in a nice part of town. Took 15 minute metro ride from Lisbon airport. Then it was a 3-5 minute walk from the Saldanha metro station. Breakfast was amazingly perfect. I will stay again if I come back to Lisbon.

It is hard to even explain the experience that this hotel brings. It was unique and beautiful. I booked this place at the end of my trip and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were so helpful and kind. You truly feel like you are staying in a palace.

We loved our stay at Dear Lisbon, The Staff were what made it the most memorable part. One thing that put me off was a welcome letter that stated we couldn't have any outside food and beverage and that if there was evidence of anything they would charge corkage. That felt like we couldn't have water or even a bag of chips to snack in the evening. We did smooth our concerns out with the front desk staff but the verbiage felt extremely pushy and criminal.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfast was excellent. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and other parts of the city. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely welcome.

Nous étions logés dans le bâtiment annexe, et non pas dans le beau bâtiment principal. Notre chambre était très correcte mais manquait de charme. Le bruit venant de travaux de construction nous a réveillé certains matins. le petit déjeuner était superbe et servi dans une très belle salle, le personnel était très serviable.

Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food.

Beautiful property with gorgeous furnishings, amazing art, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does front a busy road, but we used white noise apps to mute the noise.
