It is hard to even explain the experience that this hotel brings. It was unique and beautiful. I booked this place at the end of my trip and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were so helpful and kind. You truly feel like you are staying in a palace.

Beautiful property with gorgeous furnishings, amazing art, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does front a busy road, but we used white noise apps to mute the noise.

Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food.

The hotel was super lovely, rooms, food and staff excellent. Unfortunately the location was a bit far from the city and the building renovations on the next door where super noisy so it was not really fun to "relax" by the pool and listen to that. Hopefully they will finish the work soon. :)

This is a very cool and different place to stay. It is old and the windows and doors do not keep out the noise from outside but you're trading quirkiness for something that isn’t new. We were really happy staying there. The pool is lovely and staff were really nice. The bed was super comfortable, loved having the balcony off the room. Shower was excellent. They really try to make it as modern as possible while still keeping that feeling of being in an old home in the middle of Lisbon.

I have now stayed at the Dear Lisbon Valmor Palace twice and would highly recommend it. The rooms and hotel are beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs you have. And they serve a great breakfast. I would definitely return again!

Excellent experience at the Dear Lisbon Valmor Palace. The check in was smooth and efficient with a nice welcome drink offered in the bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you all. ( especially Ritu and Mohammed) Our room was very large and spacious...just perfect!

This was a magical stay in a beautiful historical building. Its not central, which we preferred, but very easy to get into the main areas and the airport. It was on a busy road, again not concerning. What was amazing were the staff and all their many small kindnesses, such as hand written notes, helpful suggestions and remembering names and preferences. Faultless. Further the beds were super comfy and the breakfasts fabulous. We will be returning.
