We had a great time. Was traveling with my daughter and we always felt safe. The room was very large for a hotel. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Everyone we encountered was friendly in Portugal! Fabulous trip.

Pedro was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and airy. Pasteis de Belem right under the hotel. Starbucks and many other local coffee shops around the place.

I liked my stay here. The location was great. I had so tv issues and I didn't like that i was told to put my toilet paper in the garbage and not in the toilet! I think it's only for specific room! But over it was ok. I had a kitchenette with dishes, but no sponge or cloth to clean anything with and no detergent? I had a huge refrigerator! And for some reason my light on my night srand didn't work. So i had to always use the bright ceiling light. The location is good if your visiting Belem! I would recommend it!

Wonderful place to stay! Museums, seafood and other dining, a 200 year old award winning pastry shop, and excellent public transportation all just steps away. BE SURE to contact the property the day before arrival to get bldg and room entry codes! Easily would stay here again

Perfectly acceptable but not 5*’s
We arrived much earlier than check in and just wanted to drop our cases off and explore. The entrance is a door with a buzzer system and there was no one in. Therefore we had to wait some time to get into the building and only when the cleaner, who didn’t speak English opened the door. We did manage to get our cases in but waited an hour or so to do so. When we did check in it took a long time, the host was great, a little eccentric and full of life, we just wanted to get checked in and relax but he wanted to show us everything and anything he could - nothing bad, probably the longest check in ever!! The room was relatively clean (the pillows could have been cleaner) and we were told about not washing our faces with make up on the towels - however these were very bare and really should be in the bin……the location is great, nice and central and the bakery down the road is amazing. The soundproofing also wasn’t great - we could hear what was going on in the room next door. For what we paid it was good value but was short on a few things.

Fantastic stay at this property,helpful and informative check in lovely room on the highest floor at the back. Room quality excellent, restful nights sleep which is of the highest importance to us. A fridge and tea and coffee making facilities would elevate this room to eleven out of ten. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Pedro our host was excellent in explaining things for in and around his property. Very friendly and caring. The accommodation was as expected and clean. We would recommend this place for travellers. It was nice not to be right in the City, but easy to get there by bus or tram which stops right outside Famous Crows. And Belem Pastires is right outside, these area must to try while staying in Balem. They are delicious!!

Séjour trop court. Établissement vraiment exceptionnel ! L’accueil était fantastique, la chambre magnifique, très propre et soignée. L’emplacement est juste génial, à deux pas des pasteis de Belem ! J’y retournerai sans hésiter pour mon prochain séjour à Lisbonne.

Très satisfaite! Très bel endroit et super bien situé. Nous avons trouvé dommage que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser l’air climatisé en octobre car nous avons eu un peu chaud la nuit… sinon très satisfaits, on y retournerait.

Não gostei do local. A recepção é online. Informam q é 24 hs, mas não é isso q acontece. Vc fala pelo ZAP não recebe resposta. Um monte de gente entra e sai e vc não sabe se é hóspede ou não. Não me parece seguro. Quartos não tem vista de janela. É de escada. Enfim! Não valeu a pena o hotel e acredito q só vale a pena a localização se vc for ficar só em Belém e no máximo vc ir para Cascais. Se for visitar Alfama, Mouraria... Não vale a pena a localização.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo a pesar que es un área turística cerca de los medios de transporte y de un restaurante estrella Michelin Que descubrimos caminando. Los lugares de desayunar abren temprano. ElServicio en la hospedaría es personificado y están disponible 24 horas. Volvería a quedarme me encanto la limpieza y la comodidad

What an amazing stay! It was a bit cheaper than we normally do, but such a great hotel. We did get our own room and bathroom which was nice. If you have a chance Pedro will tell you what to see/what to do. He was AWESOME! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel is very nice, clean and modern, and the staff is nice. They are great restaurants on the same block. You need to pay to park along the street or in a city lot. If you're from the United States, be sure to take a converter for the outlet so that you can charge your phone. Exchange money at the airport because the banks won't do it.

Muito bem localizado
Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Auto checkin myito fácil e prático. Ótima localização! Ao lado do Monastério, e dos melhores restaurantes, Pastel de Belém e Adega Portugal, a melhor bacalhoada! As toalhas descartáveis são péssimas, nao secam direito, aconselho voltarem com a toalha normal, e quando enviar os dados do quarto, informarem o andar.
