Great little hotel in the heart of the tourist district with everything around that you may need. Stayed in the terrace room, excellent being able to relax out on the large outdoor space. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room immaculate and clean. Breakfast provided was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff welcoming us at all times was very friendly and attentive to all of our questions on the area and needs. The entire Property was very clean. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the lounge area was cozy, intimate and inviting after a long day out. The location was perfect for all amenities in the area. By the tram, train and waterfront. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Lisboa.

Fantastic hotel right in the city centre with loads of restaurants just round the corner. The bed was really comfy with a fab shower. We had breakfast both mornings which was a good mix of pastries, toast and continental bits. The staff were really attentive and made sure we had a good stay.

My wife and I stayed at Ferraria XVI FLH for approximately one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location, with easy access to both Alfama and Baixa, and there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It was also very convenient to access trams and buses, and we had no trouble calling Bolt rides from the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous and featured a fantastic shower. Each morning, a complimentary breakfast was provided, offering a great assortment of pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious eggs. Another nice touch was the afternoon refreshments available in the living room after 2:30 PM, including cake, espresso, and water. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
