Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst guesthouse i ever experience..

The worst experience I can get. The owner of the guesthouse didn’t show up, left us on the cold hall for more than 3 hours. The contact number provided was turn off, and no one bother to reply even i left several massages in their voicemail. For this I demand a refund. Special thank to Hotels.com customer hotline. They tried their best to assist us. They even tried to contact the guesthouse owner, unfortunately no reply. Hope they can assist us also for my refund. I’m a regular customer of Hotels.com and they never fail me, this is the first time. Again hope this will never happen in the future, so no vacation will be ruined again.
