The room was clean and spacious with 2 full baths. We also received wine, drinks and snacks upon check-in. Super friendly staff, they even made dinner reservations for us which we really enjoyed. Also close to lots of dining options and landmarks.

The hotel is very clean. But, the staff are amazing. All of them but especially Nelson. I left my phone in an Uber and he spent so much time trying to help me. Big THank You!!! Breakfast is amazing too. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall a great stay. Breakfast is great! Location is perfect for exploring on foot. However, I recommend NOT paying for taxi service through the hotel. Uber is extremely affordable in Lisbon and our taxi (arranged by hotel) was 95 euros for 3 people round trip. Uber would have been a third of that price. Make sure to check out the MilkMan restaurant across the street!!

3-night business trip

Overall experience was well worth the price. Free mini bar with wine, coke and chips was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good, and the selection ok. Personnel was very nice and polite. The location was perfect for me: close to the bars & restaurants, two blocks from the shore, still quiet enough.

It was weird that I couldn’t change out the beer in fridge for soda since I am allergic to ingredients in beer. It was also frustrating that the temperature of the thermostat could not be lowered as it felt very hot in the room , although I was left the window open and it was comfortable. Very nice birthday message written and bottle of wine , very kind and caring. Shower and bathroom was amazing nice towels beautiful shower and amenenties like a hair dryer w a diffuser. Snacks are provided and refilled. Also very helpful let me drop off my luggage before check in.

Rooms were clean and modern and they even put some complimentary wine and beer and chocolate in the fridge. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 2 different rooms (as booked at separate times when we added another day in Lisbon) and both rooms were great. Oh and the blinds are blackout. Slept so well.
