We enjoyed this beautiful hotel! The rooms are large, modern, comfortable bedding and a fantastic shower! The breakfast was excellent. One employee that was very kind and gracious to us was Pralad from Nepal. Also the tram to downtown is right outside the hotel. There is a market and restaurants very closeby.

The location of the hotel is very accessible by public transportation. The hotel staff was amazing, and the restaurant staff was also great. I had a flight cancellation on Sunday, December 29, 2024, and paid for a less costly room for two more nights, and my room was still vacant so they had me stay in the same room (it was a fabulous upgrade without the high price).

We were happily surprised to be upgraded to a lovely suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations, the pool and lounging area as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. We chose to walk along the nearby “river walk” to see the many sites nearby.
