Fantastic, classic, beautiful hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Right in the heart of the shopping area and easily walkable to all the best parts of Lisbon.

This is a beautiful hotel with elegant and comfortable furnishings and amenities. The restaurants were wonderful and the pool area was a quiet oasis. Excellent gym and friendly, helpful staff too.

Great location. Older hotel. Air conditioning really does not work well and we were told to open our room windows to cool the room. Location is excellent and pool is great but rooms are a bit old and need updating.

Love this property. From the second we pulled up they handled everything. Car, reservations, luggage, everything was handled. Room was well stocked and excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if staying in Lisbon

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Lisbon and Liberdade avenue. The staff was super attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the amenities are top quality! The breakfast had so many options, everything was fresh and of great quality. The staff keeps coming to the table to check on you, clean the table and replace plates and cutlery. I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness to the flawless service, exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional, attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were elegantly designed, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat and I have to mention the incredible buffet. Without a doubt, this hotel set the standard for excellence.
