Great hotel for my solo trip - really well located, nice breakfast buffet included (delicious mini pastel de nata!), the room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, attentive and friendly staff. Would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the bedroom for first thing in the morning, but they do have a machine in the lobby. Overall a great place to stay.

The room got daily cleaning and felt so comfortable! The hotel is the perfect location to central Lisbon and you can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast had many great options as well!

The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants. Notwithstanding the pm checkin time our room was ready when we arrived mid morning when we disembarked from our cruise. The breakfast was excellent and staff offered to put together a care package on the day we left as we had an early flight. Only issue was the building air conditioning malfunction but staff tried to have it repaired. Would recommend this hotel for a very centrally located hotel in the old city.

It was a great stay. My partner and I arrived 4 hours before check-in time, and the staff were kind enough to check if there were any rooms available and check us in, which really helped us a lot and relieved the stress of all the hours traveled by plane.

Room was very clean and quiet despite the thin walls I did not find that I had any sleeping issues due to noise. The breakfast was surprisingly fresh and the staff very lovely and accommodating. The location of this hotel is perfect, so many places to explore within walking distance and also amazing transport links.

Staff were very friendly and amenities were great, and hotel is in a great location. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable - probably one of the worst hotel beds we have ever slept in - and the sheets and pillows were thin and scratchy. While room was generally clean, bathroom in particular showed a lot of signs of wear (rust and mold in the tub that couldn’t be cleaned off). No fridge in room either. For those reasons, would not stay here again or recommend to others.
